Thomas Matuska

THOMAS "Tom" J. MATUSKA, age 93, born October 25, 1929 and passed away November 14, 2022.  Beloved husband of Pearl Matuska (nee Nicholas) for 66 years.  Loving father of Rob Matuska (Julie Buerkle) and Rick Matuska (Nancy Iacianci).  Cherished grandfather of Madeline, Matthew, Max, Micah, William, and Jack Matuska.  Dear brother of Ruth Funta (Kalman, deceased) and the late Robert, Bernice, Irene, Raymond, Virginia, Frank (Barb, surviving).  Devoted uncle of many.

Tom was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.  He enjoyed cards and golfing, and he was an avid gardener.  Tom owned his own furniture delivery business and later worked for UPS for over 30 years.  He loved traveling to New England with his wife and family.

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. where Tom's Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at Brecksville Cemetery.
