Richard J. Mercurio

RICHARD J. MERCURIO, age 89, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023.  Beloved husband of the late Joy Mercurio (nee Ayers). Father of Brett Mercurio (Kelly), Brad Mercurio (Lisa), and the late R. Guy Mercurio. Grandfather of Brett Mercurio II (Ashleigh), Zakary Mercurio (Angel), Eryn Mercurio, and Alyssa Mercurio.  Great Grandfather of Aria Joy and Zander Mercurio.  Brother of the late Mary Jane Butram.

Richard lived in the Northfield-Macedonia area for over 60 years. He served on the Macedonia Volunteer Fire Department for many years. Richard had many hobbies that included his Model A cars and ornamental blacksmithing.

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. followed by Richard's Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m.  Interment Northfield Macedonia Cemetery.
