Pearl Matuska

PEARL MATUSKA (nee Nicholas), age 93, born September 3, 1931 and passed away February 26, 2025. Beloved wife of Thomas "Tom" Matuska for 66 years. Loving mother of Robert Matuska (Julie Buerkle) and Rick Matuska (Nancy Iacianci). Cherished grandmother of Madeline, Matthew, Max, Micah, William, and Jack Matuska. Dear sister of Bill and the late Belva, Beulah, Harry "Golden", Rupert, and Acel Lee. Devoted aunt and friend of many.

Pearl was a dance instructor where she met her husband.  She enjoyed cooking and  decorating her home, and she was an avid gardener.  Pearl loved traveling to New England with her husband and family, beach combing and hiking.  She was a loving dog grandmother to her faithful companion Fritz.

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. where Pearl's Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be held at Brecksville Cemetery, Monday, March 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
