Mike Stanescu Obituary

MIKE G. STANESCU, age 71, passed away suddenly on August 13, 2025. Loving husband of Lynne (nee Costello). Wonderful step-father to Austin Pollard. Father to Daniel Stanescu and Michael Stanescu, Jr. and grandchildren. Brother to Jon, George, and Anne Kamola. Son of the late George and Mary Stanescu. Mike is also survived by many other family members and close friends.

Mike was an avid musician who played multiple instruments. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing. He would make a special point of feeding a multitude of deer in his backyard. Mike worked as a maintenance manager for 30 years retiring from Lee and Associates. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

A private celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date.
