Lillian Janet (Pollack) Cawley

Lillian J. Cawley, (nee Pollack) age 88 of Brecksville, OH passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence J.; loving mother of Michael Terence (Peggy) and Patrick Rory (Molly McArdle) Cawley, dear mother-in-law of the late Brenda Cawley; devoted grandmother of Kathleen Anne, Claire Callahan, Mary Elizabeth, Patrick Ryan, and Theodore Michael Cawley; dearest sister of the late Thomas Pollack.

Lillian taught kindergarten for 34 years in the Parma City School District, loved travel, bridge, reading and spending time at the beach in Naples, Florida. She also enjoyed spending time with her Alpha Chi Omega Sorority sisters and fellow members of the Pelican Bay Women's League Bay Widows Group. Her greatest passion was her family.

Friends will be received at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 2-4 pm. Lillian's Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Joseph Byzantine Church, 8111 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141 on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery
