Geraldine "Gerry" Nancy (Hovan) Beaver

Geraldine Beaver (nee Hovan) age 83 of Brecksville passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Beloved wife of Dale Beaver; loving mother of Nancy Evans (David), Darlene Hudeck (John), and Thomas W. Beaver (Candice); dearest grandmother of Kyle, Joshua, Maggie, Megan, Alexandria, Erin, Logan, Jessica, and Nathan; great grandmother of 4; dear sister of Amelia, John, and the late Joseph; aunt and great aunt of many.
 
Gerry worked as a secretary for most of her career and she was an excellent athlete, roller skate dancer, swimmer, and diver. She enjoyed boating and water skiing (slalom skied at 60).  Gerry was deeply loved by all her children and grandchildren. She was kind, always smiling and loved by all. She was a wonderful person and will be missed dearly.

Friends will be received at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 11-1 pm where Gerry's funeral service will being at 1:00 pm.
