Fred D. Vollweiler

FRED D. VOLLWEILER, age 81, was called home to the Lord on Sunday, April 30, 2023.  Beloved husband of Myra (nee LaGambina) for 55 years.  Loving father of Jason (Kristine) and Ryan "Brock" (Nikki).  Devoted grandfather of Austin, Alexa, Reese, Zoey, and Aubrey. Dear brother of Mary Szalkowski (Edward, deceased).  Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Emily Vollweiler.

Fred was a kind spirit with a generous heart.  His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and attending all their activities.  He loved gardening and taking care of his yard.  He was loved by all that knew him and will be deeply missed.

Family and Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 4-7 p.m.  Fred's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Assumption Church, 9183 Broadview Rd., Broadview Heights, OH 44147 on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 11 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
