Frank J. Cizek, long time resident of Garfield Hts., Beloved father of David Cizek, Darlene Unetic (Monte), Robert Cizek and Frank Cizek (Lisa); Loving grandfather of Amy, Shaun, Jamie, and Kevin; Frank was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nettie Cizek and brother James Cizek. Frank loved the outdoors, fishing and camping and loved cars especially his 1957 Chevy. Private family services to be held at Highland Park Cemetery.
