FRANCES V. TONKIN (nee Votypka) age 98. Beloved wife of the late Charles T.; loving mother of Charles III (Marsha), Beth Drozdowski (Jerry) and Russell (Betsy); dear grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 22 and great great grandmother of two. A Memorial Service will be held at the Serenity Chapel at Laurel Lake Retirement Community, 200 Laurel Lake Dr., Hudson, OH 44236 on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Laurel Lake Foundation.
