Frances Louise (Farnung) Solomon

Frances Louise Solomon, age 89 of Brecksville passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Regina Health Center. Beloved wife of the late Thomas; Loving mother of Elaine Hartsock (Don) and John Solomon; Dearest Grammie of Jenny (Rob), Greg (Beth), and Aaron. Dear sister of Irene, and the late Coletta and Mary Agnes. Frances loved reading, knitting, traveling, bridge and was an expert couponer and was the family historian. She was an assistant administrator of the old Cleveland Home and Flower Show. She was a long time active parishioner of St. Basil the Great Catholic Church. Family and friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECSKVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 9:30-10:30 am followed by Frances' Mass of Christian Burial at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH at 11:00 am. Interment at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Frances' name are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
