Dixie (Guinsler) Richardson

Dixie L.Richardson age 82 of Richfield passed away December 26, 2020. She was a devoted wife of Lester (deceased) for 64 years. She is survived by her daughters, Jean Barker (Art, deceased), Leslie Austin (Matt); cherished grandchildren, Jim Barker (Krista), Dan Austin (Alexis), Nick Austin (Lindsey), Cory Austin; great grandchildren, Stella and Bobby Barker and many nieces and nephews. Dixie was the daughter of Hazel and Robert Guinsler (both deceased). She was the oldest of eight children and is survived by siblings, Robert Guinsler, Elaine Young and Keith Guinsler (Diana). Dixie loved taking her grandsons on camping trips, dancing and Polka, especially with her sister Bobbie. She loved playing cards with her family and friends and going to the casino. She retired from Sam's Club.
In honor of Dixie's love for planning and throwing parties, A Celebration of Life in Dixie style will be held at a later date when all those who loved her will be able to attend.
