Curtis G. Bailey

Curtis (Curt) G. Bailey, was called to his eternal home October 6, 2020. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife Cathy Bailey; his parents Stu and Dot Bailey; his sister Karen Hernandez; his son Ross Bailey; and his step-daughter Samantha Baird. Curtis had a lifelong love of nature and out-of-doors. Many of his working years were spent as grounds and maintenance person for the Brecksville-Broadview Hts. School System, designing and maintaining landscaping and playgrounds. He spent more than a decade helping his fellow workers as president of the non-certificated union. A social distancing gathering with masks to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Parking behind the Brecksville UCC, 43 Public Square (off Arlington). Those attending are asked to meet in the front of the church. Please bring your own chairs. Donations in Curt's honor can be made to Kindred Hospice, 4401 Rockside Rd, Independence, Ohio 44131.
