Obituary
BRUCE A. GORDON JR. (60) of Brecksville, Ohio passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 10, 2023. Loving husband of 30 years to Saundra (nee Gose); father of Rachel, Lindsay, and Joshua; brother of Anne Lees, Linda (Nick) Cooper, and John (Christine) Gordon; nephew of John (Carla) Ripley, uncle to many nieces and nephews and a friend to all. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce A. Gordon Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Ripley) Gordon.
He was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed fishing, golf and hockey, spending time with his kids and vacationing with family. He served 40 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the City of Brecksville and part-time for the communities of Copley and Bath. Bruce was one of the good guys who you could always count on. He had a positive impact on the community and will be truly missed.
Friends will be received at NOSEK-McCREERY FUNERAL HOME, 8150 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE, OH 44141 on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 2-7 p.m. Bruce's Memorial Service will be held at St. Basil Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH, Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 12 p.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, OH.
